Contributing

• Read CONTRIBUTING.md on GitHub for the full workflow (fork, branch, DCO sign-off, cargo fmt / clippy / test).
• Non-trivial changes should start with an issue so maintainers can help scope the work.
• Architecture decisions belong in docs/adr/.
